Tasting notes:
Woodstock Pilot’s View Shiraz shows lots of juicy dark berries, spice and an underlying earthiness, a characteristic which is distinctively evident in wines from McLaren Vale. The palate is a well-balanced journey with a burst of red berries and plums, intermingled with subtle vanilla bean, mixed spices and traces of well-integrated oak. Supple, savoury, textured, fine-grain tannins leave you wanting more.
