Return and Exchange
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Items that have damaged label, corked wines, wrong item delivered.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
A "Corked wine" must be returned within 24 hours of opening the wine. EXCEPT for labels damaged by the customer.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
