Tasting notes:
A light coloured wine, but plenty of zip and zing! It's delicately floral, backed up by fresh lime, ripe pear and white peach. The taste is rich but fresh, with white grapefruit and some more peach. On the finish it turns savoury, with some herbaceous notes that mix with the acidity to be both mouth-watering and engaging.
