Variety: Chardonnay
Tasting notes:
This is a wine crying out to be drunk! Loads of bright, fresh, white peach flavour, super balance of ripeness and freshness, perfect for alfresco dining! A really attractive wine from this tucked away appellation.
Review:
Ripe but cool aromas include those of various white orchard fruit scents laced with a hint of quinine and an interesting suggestion of rose water. There is good vibrancy to the citrusy middle weight flavors that conclude in a clean, dry and nicely long finish. This is a quality effort for the genre in a style that should drink well young.
