Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz
Tasting notes:
The colour is vibrant dark ruby red with a bright crimson hue. Fresh mint, eucalyptus and spice make up the lifted nose. The palate is soft and well balanced, with blackberries and cassis flavours with supple soft tannins. A perfect pairing of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.

69/31% cabernet/ shiraz. This wine always delivers an even, satisfying flow of currant and plum flavours, and it's on good form again here. Cabernet's leafy persona is clearly evident but then, so too is the cuddliness of shiraz. The dryness of the finish is noteworthy as well; everything here is in good shape. 14.5% alc. Drink by: 2030.
