Exquisitely fine natural acid underpins a journey of juicy flavours in the mouth - imagine a burst of vibrant citrus of lemon pulp intensity, all intertwined with unmistakable minerality derived from the chalky soils of Watervale. There is a youthful restraint to the flavour profile of our Joshua Tree with promise of even greater things to come. The finish lingers with echoes of grapefruit and sherbet edge wrapped in appealing, gentle texture.

A brilliant Watervale Riesling, this is Clare at its finest. That cracking Clare Riesling nose is on show with limes, spices, florals, glacéd lemon and grapefruit pith. There is juicy acidity, fine balance, terrific length and exemplary focus – all present and correct. This is a wonderful wine and will provide great pleasure for the next two decades.
