Typical white Graves. Cuvée made from 50% Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Partially fermented in barriques followed by long storage on the fine lees. Subtle golden reflections in the glass, nutty notes, vanilla and roasted aromas on the nose. Creamy on the palate, ripe tropical fruit. Very good use of wood, not at all applied, as one would wish for from a sophisticated white Bordeaux. So much elegance, a real asset!
